“ Never in the history of America, has there ever been a better time to purchase real estate!”

LaPlace real estate

LaPlace has a great location off of Lake Pontchartrain that is a short ride away from other large areas such as New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Hammond, and Houma. Before the 1970s and the development of I-10 across the spillway, Airline Hwy was the main road of commute between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. Laplace is in between to two cities, but it became more than just a rest stop.

The development of companies along the river has brought in a large number of jobs that has developed more jobs in the area.

LaPlace has become a great place to live for those who have multiple income families because of its prime location. I-10 can quickly connect you to Kenner through New Orleans, and Gonzales to Baton Rouge heading west. I-55 starts In LaPlace leading to Ponchatoula and Hammond with just a short drive.

Another highlight of Laplace is that is close to schools for higher education. There are multiple universities, colleges, and professional schools within a short range of this growing town.

There are commercial shopping areas, hospital, schools, and other entertainment activities that make LaPlace much more than jus a town along the river.

Buyers have a wide choice of what they can choose from. Different price ranges in new construction or older homes with sizeable yards and different styles of architecture. There is an assortment of available properties that attracts all types of buyers and investors.

The location, wide availability of properties, good schools, and strong history are what bring such a broad attraction of buyers to LaPlace.
